Based on 2 persons occupancy -  Small Motel Room, King Bed, 2 Full Beds, Kitchen with Queen and Kitchen with King.  Based on a 2 persons occupancy but with a $15.00 additional price per each person  can have  up to 4 persons - Kitchen Unit - Queen & Full Beds.  Based on 3 persons occupancy with a $15.00 additional price can have 4 persons - Kitchen Unit - Queen & 2 Twin Beds.  Based on Four persons occupancy Suit - King Bed, 2 twins, separate Bedroom and Kitchen.
